Our Story
Founded in 2011, EngMill has been engineering liveable communities and economic prosperity through superior civil design and urban development across Gippsland and the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are leaders in engineering design, development coordination and construction management, focusing on innovating solutions for streamlined project delivery and better financial outcomes, whilst ensuring safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
Our founder Lee Miller has built a team of dynamic, pragmatic and highly competent civic and design professionals, who together provide a unique combination of skills, knowledge and experience to successfully deliver the most technically complex and challenging projects.
We are committed to continually keeping abreast with the latest developments in governance and procedures to effectively guide our clients through an ever-increasing complex process of regulations. Managing all aspects of the design and project management of civil land developments, we take great pride in our long-standing relationships with a diverse network of relevant industry and government authorities.
Our holistic, yet agile approach to project delivery has seen a proven track record of successful projects delivering genuine value to developers, municipalities, and the communities they serve.

Director
Lee has more than 17 years' experience in the Engineering Industry. He started his career in Gippsland as a Design Engineer and has specialised in Water and Wastewater design and Project Management with a strong focus on quality and constructability.
